Where to find your order status
Your order status page (sent to this email when you ordered) shows production and shipping. Once a tracking number is issued it appears there and in your shipping email.

I would like to modify or cancel my order
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After that your item is already in production. Contact us with your order number and we will do our best.
When will my order ship?
Every piece is made to order. Production takes 1–3 business days; you receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as it leaves the workshop.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard US shipping takes 4–10 business days after production. During peak season (November–December) please allow a few extra days.
