This ornament is the gift that is not. It goes on the Christmas tree every December and tells the story of that day again, long after the certificate has gone into a drawer.

The design reads A Child of God and Baptized, with the child's name in script beneath. An empty cross stands in the centre with a dove descending over it, an olive sprig in its beak, and three gold water drops fall below. The cross carries no figure and names no denomination, so it suits a Catholic baptism and a Protestant christening alike.

Personalizing it takes a minute: Use the personalization form on this page, type the name - up to 31 characters, printed smaller when it is long - and choose the year of the baptism from the drop-down. Check the preview before you order; we print exactly what you type.

The ornament is birch plywood, cut to its arched shape, about 3.6 inches tall and 0.2 inches thick, printed flat on the front. It ships bare with a hanging hole at the top, ready for a ribbon of your choosing.

Details

BAPTISM ORNAMENT FOR A CHILD OF GOD: Mark the day of their baptism with something that comes back out every December - A Child of God and Baptized above their name, an empty cross with a descending dove, three gold water drops and the year below. From a godmother or godfather to a godson or goddaughter, or from grandparents and parents keeping one thing from the day.

HOW THE PERSONALIZATION WORKS: Use the personalization form on this page, type the child's name (up to 31 characters) and pick the year from the drop-down: 2025, 2026 or 2027. Both print into the artwork in one pass - the name in dark script, the year in gold - not on a sticker. A longer name prints smaller and is never shortened.

WHAT ARRIVES: One printed wooden ornament with a small hole drilled through the top for hanging. It ships bare, with no ribbon, cord or hook, so thread your own ribbon or use an ornament hook. No gift box, bag or stand is included; ribbon, twine and stands in the photos are styling only.

FLAT PRINTED BIRCH PLYWOOD: Cut to its arched outline, the standard size is about 3.6 in tall and 2.7 in wide (9.2 x 6.8 cm), 0.2 in (0.5 cm) thick; a larger size can be chosen under the personalization form. The print is flat - the leaves, cross and dove are printed on the surface, not carved, engraved or 3D.

PRINTED TO ORDER IN THE USA: Each ornament is UV printed after you order, with the name and year you enter, so check the spelling, capital letters and year in the preview before you buy. Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth, keep it away from water and damp, and store it flat between seasons.

https://zenura.store/products/baptism-ornament-for-baby-boy-or-girl-christening-gift-from-godparents-zen-orn-bapt26
